At Magnetic Mini, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind, Size Exchanges & Print Preferences
We accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or print preferences within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn and unwashed
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- Proof of purchase must be provided (such as your order number or receipt)
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind or exchange requests
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags and labels
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
For approved faulty item claims:
- Magnetic Mini will cover the return shipping costs
- You may choose between: A replacement item, or a full refund
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Store credits
unless the item is faulty.
Faulty sale items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund in accordance with NZ consumer law.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please email us and include:
- Your order number
- Details of the item you wish to return
- A photo of the item where possible
We’ll be in touch with the next steps as soon as possible.
